Chaplain (MAJ Ret.)
Paul A. Lepley, PhD

Military Service

We needed a partner who truly understands the realities of military life—command structures, operational tempo, and the lived experiences of service members and Veterans. Paul Lepley exceeded expectations. He crafted compelling narratives that helped our staff understand military culture and devise actionable plans to communicate with military leaders. Paul is an incredible asset to any partnership.

I met Paul Lepley in 2019 when he was in the Army National Guard as a Chaplain. Paul was instrumental in helping with the American Legion Auxiliary 5th District begin training for the Chaplains in the American Legion and Auxiliary. Our first workshop was in 2019 and Paul was a presenter for the workshop. Covid came and we had to postpone the workshop in 2020 and after 2020 we were able to grow this Chaplain Workshop and Paul was the keynote speaker for one of the workshops in the fall of 2024. I highly recommend Paul Lepley for any training or consulting needed. He will be a great asset to the military, veterans and their families.

His commitment to our mission was unwavering, and his influence is woven into every major system and service we built. Paul’s expertise in mental and behavioral health fundamentally shaped Zero Day during its most formative years. One of Paul’s most significant contributions was his work in helping us develop and refine the mental-health assessment tools that became a foundation for our veteran intake, triage, and care-coordination processes. Many of the programs now embedded in Zero Day’s holistic service model were made possible because of Paul’s leadership, outreach, and guidance dating back to 2013. In every sense, Dr. Paul Lepley has been one of Zero Day’s most influential founders and most trusted partners.
